Brantley Gilbert and Amber Welcome Their Third Child
Congratulations to Brantley Gilbert and his wife Amber on the arrival of their third baby!
The couple tied the knot in 2015 and welcomed their first child, a son named Barrett, on November 11, 2017. Their second child, daughter Braylen, was born on September 9, 2019.
This Mother’s Day (May 12), Brantley and Amber joyfully announced they were expecting their third child. They shared their happy news with beautiful beachside photos featuring the couple holding their baby’s sonogram. The Gilberts later shared they were expecting a boy.
Brantley Gilbert Interrupts Concert to Assist Amber in Giving Birth, Then Returns to Perform
Brantley Gilbert is currently on his Off the Rails Tour, performing across the country. During his show in Tupelo, Mississippi, on Friday night, October 11, the “Outlaw in Me” singer received exciting news that his wife, Amber, was ready to give birth.
Demonstrating his dedication, Brantley paused the concert to support Amber and their midwife as they welcomed their third child right on their tour bus in the parking lot. After a short while, Brantley returned to the stage to celebrate the joyous arrival of Baby #3 with his fans. “We got a baby, Mississippi!” he exclaimed, sharing the happy moment with the audience.
Brantley’s band members rushed to give him congratulatory hugs upon his return.

Several concertgoers captured Brantley’s triumphant return to the stage after becoming a father of three. He shared with the audience that he was able to meet his son as he was born, a moment that visibly moved him.

Then, Brantley surprised everyone by sharing that he would finish the show.
“But I gotta tell y’all, I know it seems crazy to come back out, and a lot of you moms are probably in here like, ‘What the f— is wrong with this dude?‘” he joked.
Brantley continued, “But for 20 years this is the only life I’ve ever known. And I know a lot of you have been coming to shows for 20 years and had my back for 20 years, and I can’t imagine being anywhere else. God bless y’all, man.”

Brantley Gilbert Reflects On What “Might Have Been The Craziest Night Of [His] Life”
The following day (October 12), Brantley shared his own video about his baby boy’s grand debut. The video shows him leaving the stage to go be by Amber’s side. Then, it cuts to a clip of him calling his mom to tell her about her new grandbaby’s arrival.
When Brantley’s mom asked how Amber was doing, he responded, “She’s a freaking savage,” prompting his mom to exclaim how “amazing” her daughter-in-law is.
Brantley reiterated that sentiment in the video’s caption, writing:
“So last night might have been the craziest night of my life. Watching such an amazing woman do such an amazing thing is something I’ll never forget. Thank you to our road family for rallying around us, Brittany Thornton for helping us bring this little dude into the world, Tupelo, Mississippi for showing us mad love and support, and most of all… Amber Gilbert, for letting me love you and showing me EXACTLY how incredibly strong a woman can be. I love you.”
Brantley and Amber later shared another post revealing their baby boy’s name…Abram Howell Gilbert.
