Riboflavin

Riboflavin is known to us as vitamin B6. This vitamin is very important for our body because it turns carbohydrates into energy which our body uses for all kinds of activities. B6 vitamin dissolves in water and our body is unable to store it, thus consuming fruit rich in riboflavin is very important. 100 g or lanzones will provide 124 micrograms of riboflavin and this is equal to 8% of the daily recommended dose for women and men.
